Felony Arrests
Audri Rose Bean, 30, of the 200 block of Julie Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 12:59 a.m. Feb. 14 at Second and C streets on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Michael Frederick Hesse, 32, of the 1400 block of Portola Valley Road, Yuba City, was arrested by Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 11 p.m. Feb. 13 at his residence on suspicion of making a fictitious check. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Charles Leonard Langley, 42, of Newburgh, Ind., was arrested by the Department of Corrections at 2:50 p.m. Feb. 13 in the 10200 block of Highway 99 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
James Joel Counts, 19, of Auburn, was arrested by Marysville Police Department at 4:45 a.m. Feb. 13 in the 1200 block of East 22nd Street on suspicion of willful failure to appear and cruelty to animals. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Paula Fernandez Rodriguez, 29, of the 4500 block of Meadow Way, Olivehurst, was arrested by Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 7:35 p.m. Feb. 13 in the 5800 block of Mary Avenue on suspicion of vandalism. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
