Atziri Lagunas of Yuba City and Phillip Ewing of Marysville plan to wed Aug. 4 at the Cornerstone Church of Yuba City.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Heriberto and Sara Lagunas of Yuba City.
She is a full-time student at California State University, Sacramento, studying English.
Her fiancé, the son of Robert and Cathy Ewing of Marysville, is a full-time student studying kinesiology. He is a U.S. Army Ranger veteran
