Felony Arrests

Christopher John Langley, 35, of the 11700 block of Loma Rica Road, Marysville, was arrested at 8 p.m. Feb. 17 on the 1800 block of Tudor Road, Yuba City, on suspicion of receiving stolen property. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Victor Alfonso Santes-Salinas, 23, of the 30 block of Garden Highway, Yuba City, was arrested 8:10 p.m. Feb. 17 by California Highway Patrol on suspicion of hit and run. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Lavern Ray Prather, 48, of the 800 block of Mariposa Drive, Yuba City, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. Feb. 18 on George Washington Boulevard north of Franklin Avenue by California Highway Patrol on suspicion of felony driving under the influence. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence arrests

Randy Dean Cargill, 26, of the 1000 block of Brenmar Road, was arrested 1:17 a.m. Feb. 18 Phillips and Teesdale roads by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Tera Lynn Bullis, 25, of the 70 block of Mariner Loop, Yuba City, was arrested 3 a.m. Feb. 18 by California Highway Patrol. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Steven Gonzalez, 34, of the 1000 block of Northgate Drive, Yuba City, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. Feb. 19 on the 2200 block of Fir Street by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Ricardo Viera, 26, of the 3000 block of Pennington Road, Live Oak, was arrested at 9 p.m. Feb. 18 at his residence by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

J. Santos Romero-Vargas, 38, of an unknown address in Marysville, was arrested at 3:10 a.m. Feb. 19 at Second and B streets by the Yuba City Police Department. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
