Three Cheers letter: Artists need space

One of the frustrations for artists and photographers is the ability to display their work and allow others to see the world as they do.

Two local businesses, The Brick Coffee House Café in Marysville and Spa Therapy Wellness Center in Yuba City, have, for a long time, allowed their walls to be used by visual artists to display their work.

While the dearth of display space has been alleviated a bit with the recent opening of Gallery34 in Marysville, there are many more artists looking for space to show their work.

These two businesses, and possibly others I don't know about, give a big lift to local artists and should be commended and emulated by other businesses that have the wall space to share.
