Letter: Pleading my case worked for me

Since Andrew Johnson hadn't called to discuss my "actual" $70 Comcast bill vs. his stated "about" $30 and $40 claims, I visited Comcast on Friday to voice my concerns. The service individual I talked to denied any knowledge of Andrew Johnson or the article in the Appeal-Democrat on Feb. 3 (I really wanted to speak with Andrew Johnson.). After stating my complaint, as to what I considered being overcharged, I was informed of several "promotions" that were available to me. The end result was I was not able to get any service in either "about" category, however selecting one of the promotions reduced my monthly payout about $20. So if you feel you are overcharged, you may consider a visit and plead your case. It worked for me.
